Curious for those that work they how the work life is there as well as pay. Are they on par with the industry?
Worked there in 2016 before acquisition. Good people, low pay
Thanks. It seems like salaries may have increased due to the Accenture integration.
Worked at Avanade for two years ending in 2021. Very low pay at all levels. Hard to get promoted. People are very good though. Made a switch to a different tech company and got a 60k increase in base pay for same work.
They pay well below Microsoft. Have a few friends that have gone there. They do have better work life but it comes at a decent compensation loss. Make sure you come in at Director or better. Have heard it is not insanely hard to get promoted there.
Prepare to play second fiddle if paired with Accenture. You do the work, they get the credit. The projects you get assigned on is dependent on who you know, not your qualifications.

Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
Quick check on blind has 2/5 reviews citing poor compensation or below avg salary. Given that its a joint venture involving Accenture I am not surprised at the low pay.
