Starting at AMTS fresh out of college, how long does it take to get promoted to MTS? Also how long for MTS to SMTS? Have the rates slowed down since the acquisition of Slack due to funding? How much business politics is involved? YOE: 0, TC: 0, Salesforce TC: 190k #salesforce

The break down for me was base $138k, stock $100k / 4 years, sign on $25k, relocation $16k, bonus is at least 10% of base

Personally I only studied LC as I was interviewing with other companies as well and it was sufficient. But I have also heard that it differs based on the team. Best of luck :)

How about SMTS->LMTS
