Company has very little integrity when it comes to setting up interviews and dragging on the offer stage For an eventual no
OP mind sharing the interview process
OP, are you based in the US? or India?
For me, I got the selection confirmation the day after my last interview, but they did drag the offer rollout for 3 weeks. So I would recommend planning accordingly.
They are pretty shitty though… took 3 weeks to roll out the offer and the HR was persistent Coupang would provide the best numbers in industry and finally made a offer which was 20% lower than the offers i had.. Overall people seemed unhappy there… Avoid this place …
You didn't interview at the correct level.

1 vs 5 Million - no lifestyle change
They do pay 400-700k on average for anyone with a pulse. Their bar is quite low as well. They haven't lowered their compensation bands for new hires. Plus their stock is at an all time low as well so you can also time it. So there are tons of interested candidates and they are the hottest chic in town.
bar quite low? did you get rejected?
When I say bar is low, I mean I don't see A players joining Coupang. Just some rusty B players from Amazon, Google, Walmart who get double uplevel. Talent density at Coupang is mediocre in my opinion. Like what I mean is that I don't see Carnegie Mellon, MIT, Stanford kids joining Coupang inspite coupang's top of the market pay. So a lot of congestion B players trying for an uplevel gives Coupang the illusion of being highly coveted which it really isn't.
