Hi everyone,
Is there anyone who works for Bosch Germany? I am interested in a senior swe position and I wonder how is bosch as company and how is the salary?
Thank you :)

Yep, here.
I would say there are many pros and cons, as for every company. what specifically do you want to know?
salary: just google IG Metall, the salary tables are publicly available.

How is wlb for senior engineers?
I have checked the salary table but it seems the salary is too low. This can't be real imo. Is everyone grouped according to this table? I was expecting that a senior swe would get 100k+ but according to the table it seems 60k 😅
wlb is good in general, but it depends on the department.
Also: overtime work is written down and can be taken off. So if you worked maximum (50 hours per week allowed in Germany), you could generate lots of PTO days. In one year I had over 60.
Concerning salary: Which table did you use? Maybe it’s outdated. Definitely more than 60k.
