Who to choose (Multiple offers)
Hey everyone, I was part of the meta layoffs in November and now am in a predicament to choose between multiple offers. I do not have an offer from every company yet but am about to finish final interviews with a couple of these companies which could lead to any offer. Others I have already received verbal offers from. I am looking for growth and stability in a company the most. Does anyone have experience within any of these companies who could help me out? Expedia is in a good spot. My SIL works for them.
Hit or miss for layoffs but not an innovative place.
@lootara what have you innovated so far? How would your career be different if you had worked at Expedia than Google?

No point in going to Oracle unless they pay more.

What was your TC at Meta before layoff?
My stocks didn’t vest so tc didn’t really matter. But I was at 180K

No 3M isn’t safe. They had layoffs and still expect few more.
