Hi y’all! I have an interview loop with Samsara for SDE -2 position. How is the wlb and culture at Samsara? I have heard very conflicting opinions. Would love to hear from y’all at Samsara. Is this a good time to interview with Samsara? TC: 250k YOE: 2.5

People are nice. The work is extremely boring. If you want your skills to die go there.
my work life balance is great, the staff engineers are great mentors and I love the people I work with. seems like a great time to join!
