We have a POC for every chore, and then whoever has time can also do it. For example, I cook and my spouse does the laundry. Sometimes it reverses due to who has time when. Overall, we live by the āeveryone gives 60%ā rule that we learned from an old married couple. So far, no issues outside of my spouseās parents are meh and their brother is a nightmare of a person (we both feel this way due to their treatment of my spouse).
Get a whiteboard. Write down who did what. Over time, the party that does less will know who they are
