The people who work at tumblr are, for the most part, great to work with. Understanding. They love tumblr. If you love tumblr and want to make it better, I hope you get hired. We need people who GET us. So many of us love tumblr so much. Which is also why so many of us are so sad and leaving. Oath is bad. Tumblr is good. It’s sad!

worse benefits and perks, lost our office, centralized/removed our inhouse recruiters/HR/IT/comms teams, more meetings, hiring freezes, many rounds of layoffs still ongoing, travel ban, limited rsu refreshers, poor candidate flow, fired our entire ads sales team, muted our net neutrality efforts, no stock value increase (vz now, vs yhoo which kept rising due to baba), and they fill our inboxes with internal spam that we cant unsub from. And they have the dumbest company name in the industry.
