What are the procedure to change team internally? Do we need to give all rounds of interview or its a general discussion with manager/senor engineer? I am currently in IDC under E+D business unit.
Internal transfer is a joke. You have to give all 4 rounds of interviews. I don't understand what is internal.about it anymore
Yeah this is utter nonsense. Only thing is that you have a job at Microsoft at the end of the interview guaranteed is internal about it
