There are plenty of other companies still hiring remote. I know the market is rough right now but might want to look elsewhere. Remote is really the only positive right now. As others said, we have had lots of re-orgs. Leadership just shuffles people around hoping to find something that will outweigh the inability to steer the ship post-IPO. A lot of benefits are getting removed too. We still do not have 401k match.

Hashi seems like it's dying. They killed off Terraform with the license change and now everyone is going to OpenTofu

Leadership is trash, hashicorp is going nowhere fast. You may be better off at Amazon.
