These houses went over asking in Tustin, yet others remain

Check out these houses which all went over asking in Tustin in the last couple of months: https://www.redfin.com/CA/Tustin/1132-Letty-Ln-92780/home/4753575 https://www.redfin.com/CA/Tustin/633-Ambrose-Ln-92780/home/5765095 https://www.redfin.com/CA/Tustin/13372-Nixon-Cir-92780/home/3492705 Yet this house which is in close proximity to the above houses has been on the market for two months and is still listed above the redfin estimate: https://www.redfin.com/CA/Tustin/1361-Garland-Ave-92780/home/3497816 Are there a lot of Single family homes that go for above asking in the Tustin and Irvine area? Or even the orange county area? I thought this was primarily a Bay Area thing for everything to go over asking

Umm are you noticing how the ones that sold are remodeled/updated? Biggest thing in real estate are the kitchen and bathrooms

You haven seen Bay Area. People even pay more than $200K above asking.

I am well aware of bay area real estate. That’s why I’m in the process of moving out of there to Orange County

I'm also considering the same. I'm a Bay Area-born native. I think I like Irvine more than Tustin. I'm also considering Lake Forrest.

Wow, I’d never move to a town named Tustin. I’d call it Titsville instead.
