Referrals for Zoox or Ford?
Hey everyone, tried applying for Zoox and Ford but keep getting rejected or ghosted even though my experience is very relevant. 5+ YOE with python and a MS/BS in EE. Was doing simulation work at Rivian but was affected by the layoffs. Can anyone refer me for Zoox or Ford and also provide some help with my resume? Thanks#engineering #software #swe #simulation

Yup what’s with the external job posting? I am trying to bounce back at Ford. But still get rejected I have like to the word experience for some positions.
Not sure why you guys want to come to Ford. It’s a shrinking ship. No innovation and nothing to learn. Think twice before you apply or Join.
