Received offer at Booz Allen Hamilton for DevOps Sr.
Been trying to bounce out of LM for a while due to leadership/upper mgt issues, need to know if BAH is a solid move. Looking for good WLB. Current role is DevOps software engineer with active TS. Anyone with experience at BAH? *update: I've asked for a counter with increased base. Will update on if they can come up. They have upped their offer by 10k TC #engineering #software #devops #position YOE: 4 TC: $100k Received Offer TC: ~$140k
If pay is acceptable to you - generally WLB here is amongst the best. It's always team dependent but mostly safe on the teams I know.

I wouldn’t leave LM for 130k.

How is your WLB at LM?
It's good, but I learned the pos at BAH is full time remote to start, so that would make flexibility and WLB great.
Booz is really good about remote right now. As long as you don’t need to travel to client site you should be able to continue as remote for the foreseeable future
