Uhhhh... No shit? There are bullies that beat up other kids all over the world. It's always been that way and always will be. School children getting shot to death in their classroom on a regular basis is a uniquely American problem.

I live up on the hills far away from this shit, after growing up in Oakland where on average 1 young person is murdered every 3 days ..but those don't fill up the hospitals they go straight to the obituary
