Thomson Reuters Toronto compensation

I have read elsewhere that the culture there is great. I am wondering about the total compensation for a senior engineer (7+ yoe). Do they give RSUs, cash bonuses etc.?

Thomson Reuters is the worst place I've ever worked culture wise. (Refinitiv is the Financial & Risk division of Thomson Reuters, that was sold off in Oct 2018 to Blackstone). They give you a bonus of 10-15%, no RSUs, though there is an ESPP program. But the culture, both personally and from an engineering standpoint is toxic. Engineers are last class citizens -- business operates in a complete silo from them and it's as corporate waterfall methodology as you can get. There are absolutely zero perks, zero recognition of hard work, and most people (95%) are there just to coast and get a paycheck. Extremely hard to find anyone motivated to work with, and therefore to get anything done. Product makes guesses on what to build based on their own hunches about the product -- there is no customer validation or data in the process at all.
