BAL H1B transfer stuck
Friends, I am stuck in H1B transfer with BAL global attorney. Its been more than 4 week since I uploaded the document and there portal is just showing LCA filed since last 3 weeks. They are not giving any clear answer. They do not pick phone. Whenever they talk they just lie about the status. I am in mental stress and declined another offer from another company. Hiring manager escalated but these guys are not providing any status. Anybody in similar situation? What shall i do? Thanks
Is your LCA no. posted on cobalt? If yes, you can check the status of your LCA online. Just do a quick google search. If you have an approved LCA it will take another 2 weeks for them to file the petition and then another 2 weeks for a decision.

BAL is the worst, they suck. The didn't even start working on the transfer process until 2 weeks of uploading all the documents (employer included).
BAL people are a pile of sh*t. If there any RFE they will not share with you. My friend got stuck with them for 6 months for H1B transfer.
What happens if u have already joined the new firm? Do you get paid still?
They have to pay until the last day.
