Hello people, I got a verbal offer of 85K base with 10K sign-on bonus for a new grad Associate Decision Scientist position. The HR said he will send an email soon with details. Is this a good offer for a new grad or should I negotiate? If negotiate, then how much can I expect to bump up? #datascience #salarynegotiation Also what does growth look like at Axtria? Cheers!

Damn that sounds like a low offer. It's always worth trying to negotiate a bit if you're entertaining the offer.
I would say take it, One of the best offers I have seen inside the organization for a fresher. Company is good, you’ll learn alot, and can take the experience to a new company in a year or so..
