BS after non-CS MS?

Would like to take a few years off and do a BS in CS at a slower pace, but that seems to not be allowed once you already have another BS or more (already have BS and MS not in CS) Would rather not do MS because gives less breadth, cranks up the speed, and costs more. Not random extension school classes either because I may as well get a paper at the end of the day for my work. Have a hard time with MOOCs and books due to a lack the discipline without the financial incentive and live lectures. Any suggestions? Seems that sucking it up and going for an MS would be the best, but maybe there are other options I don't know about? I have heard of at least one person who was able to get a second BS education some years later after a lot of negotiation with a dean at his alma mater. A state school let him do 3 years BS in CS and called it an MS. Don't know the details beyond that though

I didn't do an MS, but from having taught classes to both BS and MS students, an MS is what you make of it. Yes, on average, MS students will generally not be as talented or knowledgeable as their BS counterparts (unless they also did a BS at that school or something), but if you can be disciplined and do the courses with the intent of learning and not just getting the piece of paper at the end, you should be able to get the same kind of quality education.

I'm not their target audience with the 20% income for five years tuition thing. Would cost way more than extension school and MS put together at top pay-to-play schools
