Does anybody know an approximate range for treasury associate salary, Jacksonville Florida. I am transitioning from an unrelated role, from a different bank, to treasury, liquidity reporting. I would guess their New York and Florida compensations differ a lot? HR was hinting at about 60, but it sounds extremely low. Am I getting lowballed? #salarynegotiation
You could get 100k in Charlotte for that role easily, 60 sounds like a joke…
If you’re from a finance team of another bank, should get 70k in the ltra team. Jax salary is about 35%-40% lower than nyc.
JAX Associate should be topped around 85. Do you have the offer in hand already? Try to figure out how hot is the role. It should still be hire freeze, so if you are progressing now it should be urgent.
You’ve been lowballed. Asked a friend down there to inquire and new associates makes 80-85k.
Don’t join DB. Or join with a big salary bump. No increase to expect after that
Florida is LCOL. No income tax and everything’s cheaper - they will lowball you. 60 sounds low, but then again it’s a back office role at DB. Did you specifically apply for Florida-based roles?
Yes I did. I have relatives down there. It seems weird that compensation vs NY is so much different even with lcol
