Veeva Systems offer approval?
Hello Veevans, How does Veeva’s interview process takes place? After clearing all the interviews, I am waiting for an approval and my hiring manager says she wants me in her team but still cant guarantee offer. How long does this process takes and after clearing 6 rounds of interviews what approval are they looking for. Did they give you a take home test? I once did a take home test for those fuckers and it was immaculate and they auto-denied me after promising feedback saying they “couldn’t run it”

Yes they did, but I gave the code and a Docker file, they just had to run the docker command and everything runs inside the container. So it was just one command for them to execute.
may be they are on budgeting issues. a signal for economic struggle. i will think twice before joining
Not that, I have heard in Veeva, after all the rounds, CEOs approval is required. But this use to happen when the head count was less now every offer doesn’t go to CEO, maybe a level below that.
Approval apparently doesn’t go to CEO anymore but at the very least someone in C suite. I’ve heard CEO looks at every resume though
