Can anyone share the TC for a Database Developer role with Raytheon, broken down by base salary, RSU & sign-on bonus? Does the company entertain negotiating on these numbers? Any help would be very much appreciated! YOE: 7 #salary #tech #raytheon #rtx
speaking from experience: do not go to Raytheon. even if they get close to your desired TC, it will surely be stunted for years after that. WLB is great, but tech sucks and no flexibility on WFH for most.
Thanks for your insight. Role is fully remote. Pay is meh but I'll have a lot of ownership with what they are hiring for - new team working on new product. Why is TC stunted for years after - are raises yearly? What's the range?
i don't know the range for this position. but if you come in high, you'll def be back of line for raises. i know this because everyone is underpaid there. i was making $20k less than market AFTER a raise. they're not just going to give you a load of cash and keep giving you more. as a government contractor, they generally like to keep it tight
Apple to Raytheon? Why??
