HPE vs Salesforce
I have offers from HP Enterprise and Salesforce. Which company do you think would have better opportunities for a new graduate? Any opinions on the company cultures and growth opportunities? #software #engineering #swe HPE: $127 k Salesforce: $165k (estimate since I will get my offer letter next week) YOE: New Grad with some internships
+1. Salesforce, this is easier than LC Easy. The only advantage of HPE will be a shorter email address :) otherwise from a work, culture, career, future opportunities, TC perspective Salesforce >> HPE
Why is this a poll? Do you have to move for Salesforce?
I have to move to Bay Area either way. I am definitely leaning for Salesforce but I wanted to see what people's opinions.

I would say drop both and go somewhere competitive. Both are rest and vest which you need as a family. Not as new grad

I think wlb will be a bit better at HPE, but the higher TC and career growth of Salesforce more than make up for it. Plus, unless you've got a ton of friends in South Bay, imo it's much better to live in SF as a new grad.
