Fear of swallowing tablets
I never was and have been able to swallow capsules or tablets. I always chew them or eat it with ice cream or something. Does anyone else have this same issue? Not asking for medical advice, just curious lolll. ========= TC: 110K

Do this. Swallow it whole and then go Ssiiiiuuuuuuuuuu. Works everytime.
Some people have smaller throats (twss). I know people for whom pills can get stuck in their throat.
It’s mostly that the pill is dry and gets stuck to the side, or it goes down funny and leaves an annoying lasting tugging feel even though it’s already gone.

Yeah, I've gotten to the point where I can do it, but I have to avoid looking at the pill at all, and it still goes down rough.
I used to be very afraid of swallowing tablets. I once got a horse sized vitamin lodged in my throat horizontally... totally thought I was going to die. Took me about 20 years to get past my fear...but I still limit myself to small capsules or tablets I can cut in halves or quarters. No more large tablets for me
Don’t lift your chin up when downing a pill. Lower your chin and gulp.
Drink some juice, swallow a few times, then put the horse pill in your mouth with the juice, works for me
I feel your pain. Every time I chew on my iPad, I cut myself on the broken glass. So I mix it with ice cream so it feels better going down.
