That was yet more drunken wasteful deficit spending from democrats. Intel has piles of cash. If simply throwing money was going to get them competitive again, they’d have done so already without taxpayers being on the hook.
They’re more worried about stock price? They’re literally in bed with the US Government who would never let them fail.
