Baird tech IB in London or BMO tech IB in SF?
Would appreciate feedback on which of the offers I should take. don’t really care about TC because I’m a youngin but generally I think the Baird London offer will have lower comp of about 10k overall

Would think about deal flow and exit opps - culture is a huge plus too. All else being equal, would lean towards BMO / SF
You'll be happier at Baird but have more exit opportunities with BMO.
