Banks vs Big 4

I’m currently a Junior at a big state school, and have been recruiting for internships. I’ve been getting offers from Banks (Capital One, USAA, etc) and also from Big 4. In Banks, I’m primarily working in some function of Quant, Risk Management, or Analytics. For Big 4, it’s consulting (and no, not Deloitte unfortunately) and it’s for Risk Consulting in particular. What would be the right move to make here in terms of career potential? Keep in mind that I would want to work globally one day. Thanks.
