The movie had no message. Nothing highlighting women or their struggles. It was some random toy story type movie for adults. Dunno why it was a hit. Glad it didn't get any awards atleast ☺️
No message? Rofl
Please say the message.
Barbie’s message was pretty clear. But it was also because the message was so clear and in your face that turned me off. The message was so repetitive that I felt like watching propaganda. I almost fell asleep watching that movie.
Right, the message was not clear in the propaganda soup. Was highly disappointed.
I didn't find a strong propaganda either. It was some weak hinting at several things so that you can infer whatever you want.
Feminist propaganda. LGBTQ+ propaganda.
Yep you are right Oscars are a bench mark for good movies
Barbie is 🗑️ They needed someone more attractive
It was kinda entertaining but was a lot of preaching.
Barbie was great. Barbieland only has space for Barbies. Kendom has space for Barbies and Kens. The only way that the Kendom was overthrown was by radicalizing the Barbies with propaganda from a world experience that was foreign to theirs. After all is said and done, Barbie decides Barbieland sucks and moves to the real world and her first stop is checking her reproductive system.

It was a hit mainly cuz of the entertainment factor. Oppenheimer was not for everyone. That’s the difference
Even Barbie is not for everyone. But I don’t think most men and boys like to watch Barbie. there are people like our Prime Minister who took his son to Barbie, poor kid.
As a man I loved it!
