Economy is all time high and housing market is stagnant with ~10% price reduction. Guess what will happen when economic slows down and market dives

Before that many companies will do major layoffs. Netflix runs a very thin org, Eng is only 2000 including managers and everyone. Think about Microsoft like companies where fat has been accumulated for a very long time. We keep firing people every now and then to not get to major layoffs
