How do we get more women in the NFL?
There's a massive gender gap and it's not right. I've been working with top experts to help with these diversity programs in the NFL and we aren't making any headway. Any ideas Google?

NFL is all men on the field. What the hell. It’s almost like genders have different inherent characteristics that make them better suited for certain things. 🤔

Two options: 1) change the rules so that, like programming, it’s based on mental abilities. 2) allow PEDs.

10th percentile woman is the same or better at chess than 10th percentile man. But there are way more men playing so the top 100 is mostly men. In other words, women are just as good as men at chess, but there isn't enough recruiting of women. You don't need to give them any advantages, but you do need to get them to play the game.
