Becoming an SDE
I won’t to be an SDE As of next week I’ll have IBM front end coding language cert Google/Azure back end cert Google cyber cert SQL and data analytics cert 10 years as PM / TPM I have a project I am working on for a portfolio but what groups in Chicago can help me get a first SDE job? Thanks
Get a real degree. There isn't a market for people with certs and bootcamps anymore.

Realistically your best bet is a small local shop that has difficulty hiring. You can’t be picky. Find one looking for onsite people and let them know you will relocate on your own dime. Just make absolute sure they are doing real development and not some analog like Pegasys or Wordpress. Work there for 2-3 years, learn as much as possible, start applying a tier higher. Consulting shops, Enterprise, Banking/Insurance, etc.
No one cares about certs Start doing leetcode and system design
Gotta get the interview first tho right? Cant just put leetcode mediums in 20 minutes on my CV
Just lie on the CV lol
