I have an offer from Chicago Trading Company for pretty solid money, but I am concerned about upward mobility. Does anyone have insight on how difficult it is to transition into management in smaller trading firms like CTC? I am at a startup now but was at Bloomberg before where it only took ~3 years for a new grad to become a team lead. Right now I have 4 YOE
What's the offer
Keep in mind, management isn't always "what's next" for IC's. They are really two different tracks, and I think a lot of people forget that. You should really think about whether or not management is something you even want to do before getting too far down a "what if" scenario here.
Management is what I know I want to do, that's why it's of main concern
Have you ever done it before?

What's the offer??
