I don’t have any genuine good answers for behavioral questions because I never experienced them or May be I am downplaying situations, Questions like Tell me about time when you had conflict with coworker, Tell me about time when you had disagreements with boss , Tell me time when made change or impact , Tell me about difficult situation you handled, Tell me about a time you were under a lot of pressure etc.. These questions get asked quite often in interviews. Any advise on how to answer them ?Most articles and videos give very generic answers. Need some examples from personal experiences .. #tech #interview #behavioralinterview
Can you really make them up with you did not really face these issues at work?
you would have definitely experienced all these things. u just have to recall them and list them. and prep answers/stories before the interview. difficult to make them up. be specific about the storiea
Even a couple years work experience tends to naturally include the need to deal with such situations. Looking ahead, recommend keeping a live diary of sorts in which you can record relevant incidents as they happen, along with relevant behavioral dimensions they tie back to. Brief bullets are perfect. Make sure to keep this document in a personal domain to ensure continued access regardless of your employer of the day.
