Hey OP> may i ask your budget and reason for choosing these 2 specific apartments? Also what is your family situation and what house are you looking for The default hierarchy is (foothill/madison) -> (ridgedale/woodland/vesta/pinewood village) -> (piedmont/palisades/redmond hill) -> (apartments on 148th near microsoft) This is for sane type of apartments. If you want to live in a box, then downtown bellevue apartments could be your choice. Many of them are new but high rise and feel like a box.
I'm single and looking to rent 1b apartments. Budget is around 1800 including parking . From facilities point of view, High rise apartments looks decent . Appts in suburbs seems to be bit cheap but I see a lot of negative reviews .
ok yeah. for single folks that will be great to be in downtown. 1800 is more than enough for 1b. Did you check LIV. They are nice and has good eateries. I dont know why you said redmond hills. its in middle of nowhere and is pretty much sub sub urban.
rents are cheapest in dec-jan afaik. fall to winter is cool time
I'm living in my car until January until the price completely drops.
