Benefits Walmart Global Tech
Would anyone at Walmart Global Tech be willing to share what their benefits are? Medical and PTO, etc. Trying to understand the difference between those and what Walmart Inc. offers. TC: $215k

Also that 10% off is not on all products. Don’t know which we get discounts or not but i know it’s not on all merchandise

We get discount only on 1p items and not marketplace 3p items and clearance items

What about cell phone and internet ? Do they pay ?
PTO is 22 days per year in Bentonville and Dallas , Walmart does not have any public holidays , so you need to apply for PTO if you do not want to work on any Holiday . Insurance is not good . 401k (6% ) , ASPP (Walmart contributes 15% upto 1800$) , 10% off on all the products sold by Walmart at store and online.
