Hi folks. I am thinking on moving from Meta to Snap. How are the benefits at Snap ?
How’s the pay. Do you recommend working there
Pay is good but performance bonus sucks. If you are a high performer be prepared to be disappointed. If you are a low performer or mediocre then it's great
Hmmm idk about this ^ Avg performers get no bonus. High performers get a 6-12% bonus (of total comp) per quarter, which is very significant
But why?
Medical benefits are really good.
I’m not sure if benefits are what you should be worried about 😂
Can anybody post their Snap TC here ?
Pre-earnings TC is usually 30% more than post earnings. Which one are you interested in?
Pre please

Enough capital loss to cover your capital gain for a long time
Three months of pay when you’re RIFd
They’re ok, but subpar compared to Meta.
Do we just get some standard snacks for fresh fruit/ meals etc too ?
The snacks are comparable. And lunch is provided, but no breakfast (aside from few pastry and fruit cups) or dinner, at least in PA office. Office is much less nice than MPK. Wellness benefit is only 150/quarter. 401k match is lower than Meta.
