Hi, thinking of buying my first house and have pretty much never lived or been in Bangalore. I am in my late 20s and single. My budget is around 3-4 crores. Ideally would prefer a villa but given the budget, am open to 2-3 bhk as well. For my budget, I am considering the following areas: 1) Whitefield (outskirts) 2) Vartur 3) Devanahalli Any opinion on which ones would be better in terms of: 1) connectivity to the city via metro. 2) RoI, I heard it's going to take atleast 10+ years for metro to reach Devanahalli. 3) Safety and proximity to amenities like hospitals, malls and schools. PS: Feel free to add any other places which might suit my budget, just started looking as of now and plan to buy in the next 18 months before I reach 30. TC: around 40 LPA
Bangalore real estate is at its peak with issues increasing day by day. Check water issues , language issue etc. Would suggest to wait for 2 yrs and examine the situation with this budget you can easily get good property woth help of broker.
L take
Don't buy now
Please elaborate
Forget about villas with this budget even in outskirts. Varthur has become prime and price is around 13K per sqft. For 2.5 to 3 cr you can get villament in devanahalli. Row-villa cost starts from around 5.5 cr in outskirts for category A builder. But, you can easily get a 3 bedroom 1700 to 1800 sqft in a high rise apartment complex in this price in Whitefield outskirt.
Vartur has traffic issues, avoid.
Bring your own water
SNN Clermont , Embassy Lake Terraces Based on your budget and on the upcoming metro line near the city (25min to MG Road) and very close to good hospitals (Manipal Aster) and Mall of Asia.

Yeah looks like he is making millions in stocks.
Donât buy in Bangalore, get in some other smaller cities
