What do you think is wrong with a kid who got rejected by 9 colleges?

Maybe wellfound.com?
My husband is a recruiter at AWS. I just asked him. He uses SeekOut. Also, he said he does Boolean searches to find people on GitHub and people who have their own blogs and websites. He also said to add some applicable diversity key words to your resume.
Thank you, this is helpful! I looked up SeekOut, which is an AI tool that helps recruiters find candidates. Does your husband have suggestions on where I can post resume publicly, or any other job hunting tools I can use? I was previously at a tech company and my role was in business / data analytics. I normally look for jobs and get interviews by using LinkedIn or by applying to companies directly. Interviewing has slowed down this summer though, so I figured to post my resume on Indeed to increase visibility
Can you please elaborate on what is meant by "Boolean searches" and "applicable diversity keywords"? Thanks a lot for the advice btw!
If you post on X enough mentioning that you're a coder you'll get some super small (under 10 employees) startup guys hitting you up.
Oh interesting. I just have my LinkedIn preferences set as “actively looking” so that recruiters know, but I haven’t posted my resume on other websites
Do they usually pay well or are they the frugal types
