Working at Salesforce, I feel like I’m not building much so I feel like my skills are stagnating (a lot of bureaucracy, not a great deployment system). Which company is the best to grow skills and build things? I’ve heard startups are good just because there’s a lot of freedom, but also probably not as much best practices and more pressure. Which company has the best balance of ability to own features and have a great work culture? Would prefer company names and some rationale

[India]You are dumb to think Tech people earn more than Govt employees these days
Are there big companies that have no bureaucracy and great deployment system? Sign me up lol
I’ve heard meta is good with this lol they have a motto “move fast and break things”. I hear bad things about the pressure and culture though
Well, it's not anymore, at least from my experience. Also the motto changed.
