Current and former FB employees, what are the best perks of working there?
Therapy
Great food 27cafes serving most cuisines, Wellness fund, you can use FB products at work, open & inclusive culture, shuttle services, free Uber coupons if you have to leave home during non shuttle hours, baby / doggy day care fund, frequent off-sites, can walk up to mark and ask question every week, valet parking, arcade center, micro kitchens with hundreds of snacks every corner I am sure I missed quite a few, could recollect these so far
Get to hang around with Russian spies.
People. Hands down.
Open culture - you know what's happening at the other end of the company, management's direction etc. It's very different when you're looking at the company from the inside. Teams are also usually very open to feedbacks about their products from someone else at a different team. Also, I personally love the rooftop garden. I go up to walk around and unwind from time to time.
How does the culture compare to Google's?
