Best IT Companies for Retail?

Been working in IT for a huge retail company for many years. Even though our projects are complex and my Product Manager skills are transferrable, many recruiters and hiring managers are hesitant to pull the trigger in big tech because the bulk of my experience is in retail. Which companies would a retail background be beneficial? Here are a few: -Apple: Hiring manager loved my retail background and said I'd do well there, and then the recruiter ghosted me as Apple is known to do. -Walmart: Interviewed for their International division before COVID, and did very well but still no offer. -Gap, Macys, Sephora, etc: All in SF. No way would I commute there. Any others?
