Which are the best teams in Microsoft in terms of culture, wlb, pay, growth, etc? Surface, office, Xbox, Azure, Bing...? How easy is it to switch between these teams? Recently finished onsite hiring event and yet to be matched to a team. #microsoft #tech

How is azure arc?
Every part of the company has good teams and not-so-good ones. Just chat with your prospective managers and pick one where you have good rapport and the work sounds interesting. In general, Office has good WLB but slow promos because it’s full of experienced seniors and principals. Azure is a fast-growing org which means lots of opportunities for impact and growth, but I’ve seen lots of complaints about WLB.
@pddz75 What’re your thoughts on promo growth with WebXT? I don’t mind no wlb but I assume their notorious grind means more impact and growth opportunities?
