Best Mortgage Loan Officer

Does anyone have a mortgage lender they really love? Pre-approval has been like pulling teeth. I have three rental properties, three mortgages, and an S-Corp that manages the real estate business. I know it’s more complicated than the norm, but seems like many lenders have never read an 1120S with a Schedule K1 before. I’m in the Bay Area. Plz dm with referrals/reccos.
