At present, I am working remotely as SE 2 in Cisco. WLB and culture are very good but based on what I've seen, it takes a lot of time to get promotions in Cisco. I wanna switch for better pay(expecting 30+ LPA base) and similar WLB and I wanna work remotely for now. My dream company is Atlassian but there aren't many openings now. What are some good alternatives? Current TC: 20L YoE: 2

[Poll] how stressful is your job
Can a new hire get remote in cisco?
depends on the team. Try positions in hyderabad because I think there's no office in Hyderabad.
20L in 2 years, great going
Really? Aside from the fact that it's slightly more difficult to get a job after the massive layoffs in 2022, freshers seem to get a good salary like 18L base which is higher than some grade 6 SWEs at Cisco.
It’s good, what happen during pass years. Was one of kind happen in decades. This number is very good. Even the next number what you are trying 30 base is what people receive in 5-6 years on experience. Even Cisco offers 27 base to one of my friend who had 8 years of experience
Change your dream company from Atlassian to something else
Hey, can you refer me to few roles at Atlassian India? I'm impacted by layoffs, well prepared for interviews so it would still be alright even culture has become bit worse.
