https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Employee-Review-Wiz-RVW81731260.htm "There are wonderful people at the company, but saying “it’s startup culture” as a means of resolve for a myriad of repetitive missed opportunities employees highlight is as dishonest as the hiring and general day-to-day practices I encountered during my brief tenure at Wiz. Ultimately, I resigned quickly, and that was my experience. My personal experience is the basis of my opinion/review. I wouldn’t suggest a promising candidate exchange a comfortable position for “opportunity” at Wiz. 1. During my interview(s) I was informed of a critical resource vital to our function - this resource was terminated the day I joined with no plan to backfill. I absorbed this resource’s role in tandem of beginning my own from day one. 2. The reviews highlighting “micro-management” / decisions based with the team in Tel Aviv are accurate. 3. Reviews posted have been solicited and promoted as necessary. Isolate reviews by location for the most accurate depiction according to be location that prompted your search on the platform. There’s a common theme across US reviews: honesty. 4. Point # 2’s downstream effect further highlights operational inefficiencies across a variety of teams and their stalled infrastructural growth to scale despite the need to move from a reactive style of working to one that is proactive and even intuitive. 5. Inappropriate behavior / topics of discussion 6. Question(s) around ability to execute against commitments as publicly documented / Aug ‘23 7. My lead’s lack of significant team/asset management experience was palpable 8. Critical resources are often contracted instead in of dedicated / internal - movement can be slow as a result (especially as often the case is the resource required is not available in the region driving the demand for said resource) 9. Contracting and partnership decisions I witnessed (and was forced to be engaged) were questionable comparative to the variety of Fortune 100 companies I’ve provided guidance. I resigned as a result of unethical decision making I was asked to be part of which I had never experienced. I strongly encourage any candidate to fully consider all available information in the pursuit of making an educated decision - make the best one for yourself. Good luck!" It’s the fastest growing SaaS company ever. I’m sure it’s chaotic as any company would be with that type of growth.
That's epic. 👏🏼
