I’m just curious what are some of the best employee benefits at workday - e.g. you wish you had known sooner or something you would wanna share with a new hire?
Workday in Bay Area routinely lottery their suites for Giants games and concerts. It's through a slack channel and happens almost once a week.
Maven and Lyra apps
There's a $1500 per year dependent care payout too.

You can sign up for long term disability insurance with no exam within n 30 days if getting hired (big deal for me) 30 day work from anywhere policy is being tested starting Aug 11 or something ESPP is worth it if you can afford it If you have on call it’s additional $500 a week which is a nice to have $50 a month “wellness benefit” just gotta file the expense every month Bonus is paid out 2x a year now rather than all at once which I prefer Mega back door Roth 401k Free ev charging at Pleasanton Thats it off the top of my head lol
Thank you! I always felt like disability/life insurance are a scam, but maybe I should look at them more seriously. And maybe I’m confusing the two! Thank you for the response and the list. I didn’t know about the bonus getting paid out over two events a year which is nice!!
I have a degenerative disability so I will eventually need long term disability care and it pays out 6k a month for 6 years or something around there so not too bad and the price is negligible a month
