Been an eng manager for quite some time now, and doing decent. My manager is a VP and has no time to mentor. I want to up my game on engineering management, primarily aiming to increase output of the team without being a douchebag. Looking for some books on that. Already read The Managers path, but felt like mostly entry level stuff. In other words - looking for leetcode equivalent of eng management. Any recommendations? YOE: 11 TC: 365

The Manager’s Path
Try Berkeley ELPP course it will be an added advantage to your engg leadership
General books on management and leadership are just as applicable. For example just finished Bob Iger’s book and it was solid.
