Big tech companies recently introduced policies which openly discriminate white (and often Asian and Indian) males. That means if you represent one of those groups you will have harder time getting interviews or getting promoted. Some of the examples at Microsoft is so called mandatory wait period meaning even if you passed all the interviews with flying colors you will have to wait a few weeks before they extend you an offer in hopes there will be another qualified employee from underrepresented groups... in which case another candidate will be hired instead of you. Another example recruiters at Google are explicitly asked to consider only minority candidates for certain positions. Similar rules apply to promotions. This is obviously explicit discrimination based on gender/race and there are pending lawsuits, however since this is the current environment here's an easy way how to benefit from it as well: When filling out the form about your ethnicity pick: - Hispanic, if you are white (background story your mom is Argentinian) - Also hispanic, if you are Asian (backround story your mom was Peruvian) - Black or Hispanic if you are Indian (it doesn't matter really) Voila! You are member of a protected group now and thus significantly increased your career perspectives. If you feel like this is somehow not ethical and you are lying just go to ancestrydna.com , do the test and I can guarantee you will see some of the genes from Hispanic/African countries :) Bonus points if you also declare to be gay. Best of luck!

What the fuck is that username
The swastika (as a character 卐 or 卍) is an ancient religious icon used in the Indian subcontinent, East Asia and Southeast Asia, where it has been and remains a sacred symbol of spiritual principles in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.
Thanks.
Yawn
Also, no African genes in Asians. Makes sense that whites are closer to them, white people are bafflingly uncivilized and brutish next to us gooks. I do have 0.1% native "American" though. I'll take it
You are not Indian and you work at Infosys? Why?
That’s because Native American dna is the same as Asian lol dna can’t tell the difference because it’s the same lol
This is just sad
I know. Race should have no impact on your career.
It works even better when you said you are TS and gay. I’m gonna try it just for fun sometime

It's probably best not to even apply there.
Nearly all (major and feminist-shamed) companies have similar rules currently. M and G were just an example.
This is just trolling be. I am a white male, interviewed and got an offer shortly after at Microsoft
This is recent policy. Also depends what level u have. There's no mandatory wait for junior positions
Did it work for you?
