Just pick the cheapest. They’re all really good in South Bay. It’s one of the richest and most tech-heavy areas of the country after all. I use both Mint Mobile (personal) and Verizon (work phone), never found any dead spots so far around Mountain View / Palo Alto / Los Altos / Cupertino. I only lose signal in some underground parking garages, but that affects all carriers when it happens.

TMobile works for me. Maybe Verizon if you travels to remote areas.
