Best hours/days to have nanny and where to hire in bay area
For ppl with infants too young for day care, what was the best days or hours to have nanny so you could work? Was a weekend day helpful in exchange or addition to weekdays? How long are standard nanny contacts? How much should I pay? How to withold taxes? #workingparent #parenting

Monday to Friday. 8:30-5:30. Yes weekends are helpful to get stuff done or to take time to do things as a couple. Contract lengths don’t matter - it’s employment at will plus you want to keep it open in case it doesn’t work out for you. You pay what the market demands. - above minimum wage and it goes higher for more experienced folks. Get an accountant for payroll setup. Good luck!

Feeling lost on it. Nannies range from 10 to 50 an hour where I live. Didnt saying payroll can be done weekly
