Who has the best tools and frameworks to maximize developer productivity.
Voted for Amazon because I haven't worked with the others, but Amazon' tools are pretty decent despite being a bit complex / chaotic
Pretty decent? You clearly never provisioned a set of VIPs for a new multi-region, multi-stage service.
Brazil and pipelines make me cry
I like Amazon tools a lot. Apollo is awesome though the UI is a bit ugly. Granted I'm a new grad and have only interned at one other company with disgustingly bad internal tools. So Amazon for me is amazing.
1 minute silence to you .
Lol maybe soon I'll start hating Amazon's tools a lot. For now let me be happy with them.
Lol. Looks like Amazonians are most active on blind. Alexa will be reading our comments n telling it to Bezos 😂
I’ve stopped using my Fire Phone – too much question mark emails after each Blind post.
How come no one mentioned LinkedIn? 🤣
Ppl voting for Google. Have you used Open-source?
Yes
Apple - no tools at all :D
No tools is good tools
Curious how this works
If you make a poll for which tools are the worst, I guarantee linkedin will take the lead.
Doesn’t LinkedIn fall under Microsoft?
It depends on how you look at it. LinkedIn still has an independent engineering team. Tools and technologies are our own.
Amazon’s tools are good if you know how to use it. At first look, they all look like shitty tools with no proper documentation
It's definitely not better than Open-source
It is quicker to write your own tools than to debug internal Microsoft ones
Having only worked at Google, I can't really say. But Google has some pretty sweet tools
